as the chapos said, as soon as you are discussing the person's merits, you've already lost. all discussion has to be brought back to the illegitimacy of filling the seat if they want to have a chance, if you accept their framing you're fucked

I just shout GET YOUR HAND OFF MY PENIS! and that usually allows me to finish my succulent Chinese meal.

    Platform: given.

    Enemy's dick: sucked.

    Defeat: admitted.

Yes but then imagine getting shot by a pig because your dumbass white mom never told you to be careful around the cops

Okay, fair. I just remember reading this article on some mom with an adopted kid who was terrified her son almost got shot in a traffic stop because she'd never realized that was a Thing, and I imagined that could apply to others.

Yeah but are their parents federal judges who think everything is good in America because all cops are patriotic heroes who only ever hurt criminal evildoers?

Given what I know about the few TradCaths like this with a bunch of kids, it's a given she'll overturn Roe and will almost certainly deem any sort of national abortion ban legislation as constitutional.

you dont love looking at political candidates, hoping to see their platform, only to see a picture of their 20 blonde children and their story about overcoming keratosis pillaris?

As someone else here said, the only resistance they would give is saying "rather hypocritical of you to kill me while being pro life" as they are staring into their own grave, while on their knees

Meme Request: The famous photo of the Einsatzgruppen shooting a dude in the head with the caption "You claim to be 'pro-life', yet you are executing me. How curious."

My hunch is both the Trump and Biden campaigns know this election is gonna be 100% about turnout and enthusiasm. No one's changing their minds or anything. Coney Barrett is a play to gin up enthusiasm among the Evangelicals and to a lesser extent TradCaths. Probably smart - give Evangelicals a reason to think they might be getting close to overturning Roe, and they will definitely come out to vote.

The Republicans need to flip two Karens in the senate, Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski so they pick a Karen to SCOTUS. I guess that was the calculation

There’s nothing in the world more powerful than a good story. Nothing can stop it. No enemy can defeat it. And who has a better story than Amy the Compelling?

Alright, am I the only one thinking she shouldn't be nominated to the SC? It's disgusting how Trump has handled this -- she should be at home with her children, serving her husband like God ordained. I'm going to vote for Biden to show Trump you can't alienate your base & expect to win. Who's with me?

48 years old? If America and the supreme court last that long, she'll be on that bench for DECADES.

And the libs will be able to say "oh no, there's nothing else we can do"

"But sir, 8 years have passed, now you got a dem supermajority in both chambers and in every state legislature"

"Oh no, this is not the moment"
