    Damn

I think I bombed the interview with the county transit agency

Also I've entered a doom loop sorta speaks with my current job. My wages is slashed, my morale tanks, they get mad at me that I'm underperforming, rinse and repeat

Feeling super down. Bunch of stuff just happening all at the same time. Requested PTO from work and I can't wait for it to come up so I can try and get away from it all... Then again it just feels like I'll just have more time to overthink everythingsadness-abysmal

I don't know how I did it, but I actually watched all of FD's video essay on the Kendrick smackdown of Drake in one day. Usually I'd take a few days to consume an hour long video essay, let alone a 3+ hour one. Credit to how well put together and edited it is. Highly recommended.

I'm pretty solid these days. Just reading more. Trying to get back into that mode in my youth where I would rampage through books. It's kinda weird but I have realized that reading as a pasttime is like 1000% antithetical to being in the information age. Just sitting there reading (maybe listening to some music too) really slows you down and makes you realize you're only doing one thing. You're doing one thing actively rather than sorta doing like 12 things and doing all those 12 things in a rather disengaged manner.

I'm not even reading "heavy" books either, mostly just fiction, but just sitting there and reading is I think helping me fix my brain. That's all highly speculative of course but I think reading is the cure for internet poisoning

You know what's funny... having to read a book online cuz one can't buy the actual book itself... so reading it online kinda leaves one open to distraction...

(2nd person removed; sounds too accusative)

      unhinged ranting

that's my predicament, and I know it seems unproductive, but trust me, I will summarize the whole 3 volumes of Das Kapital, in the near future of next year, god damn it! I've already read Volume I and Volume II seems to be crushing me a bit...

I've copied down texts, I've underlined and made notes (CHATGPT'd admittedly), and I will not stop agony-soviet ooooooooooooooh

Even reading .PDF books or something on my desktop doesn't seem to work for me. I need the physical thing for me to actually engage with it. I don't know what it is for me, but I need that analog feeling of turning a page. It really makes me realize I'm "Actually reading something" rather than "on computer". Being "on computer" reading isn't reading for me.

The Bangladesh protests have gotten a bunch of my family down. The level of violence that the Awami League pulled on the students is just horrifying to watch. I hate USA so much it should die I should be living in Bangladesh not this sundown town hellhole.

Protests are still ongoing even though Bangladesh is so incredibly hot right now. I'm convinced that there's not a lot of western coverage because the western journalists would not survive a day in Dhaka from exposure.

Hey at least Bangladesh mentioned, we are known for loving latam football players way too much and getting genocided by the US desolate

If only I could get to live in the Bangladeshi Soviet Republic trauma
