had the theory that Tim Allen is only on TV when the President is a Dem.
Let me guess:
Tim Allen plays the head of a family and is the main character
He has a wife that nags constantly and a quiet young son and bratty teenage daughter
Tim plays a level headed common sense alpha male that plays the only sane man in a world full of 'kooky wokes'
He is presented as an average Joe despite living in a huge house and having some kind of petit bourgeoisie job like business owner or news caster.
I just looked it up, and you’re suuuper close. Allen plays a “stubborn” widower who owns a classic car restoration shop, with a young son and an estranged daughter (Dennings) who has to move back in with him. She’ll undoubtedly be a failure because she has a college degree in woke feminism or whatever, and he has to set her straight with his common sense Republican values.
Dennings is playing the daughter and it would be a stretch for her to play teenaged.
I know nothing about the show I was just doing 90s sitcom tropes
Tim Allen stars in "I sold my friends out to the police for a plea bargain on running drugs!" only on fox.
I found about it from Kat Dennings’ insta. All the comments were like “why are you costarring with him??”
It's not like she's got much of a career anymore. Yeah she was in WandaVision but let's be real, people only watched it because there was nothing else to do.
You cannot convince me that Tim Allen and Bill Maher are not two alter-egos of one stupid human psyche
It's a shame he's in Galaxy Quest because I love that movie and the rest of the cast does a great job so I just kinda ignore him despite him being the "main character."
Kat Dennings: I have trauma and a pride flag on my latte cup
Tim Allen: I work on car Details not DEI tales.
Laugh track (15 seconds of guffaws)
Comrade cocaine, I give you my energy. A new opportunity has presented itself, finish the job

Such an impressive career. He's been a TV show hosting father, sporting goods store owning father, and now a classic car refurb shop owning father.
There was also a subplot where he was restoring a car in Home Improvement, so it's possible that it's all just the one character.
I can yet can't imagine anyone who would look forward to another Tim "Really I'm Just an Anarchist" Allen vehicle.
