    I'm a nurse. It doesn't impact care literally at all, I don't know what that nurse was on about. Unless you're asking about pregnancy and pap smears, and even then just accept the answer "no" and "no I am not pregnant." I'd tell them my estradiol injections and meds and stuff as an inpatient and maybe some of then have their heads on tight enough they could figure it out, but they don't need to know. Or inserting a Foley oh god, sorry nurse yes I don't have what you were expecting lol

      This is reassuring to hear. I have never told a doctor unless I felt like it, but worried I should have been. Glad that's not the case cause fuck that!!
