    Someone helped me build the one I use and it's pretty simple imo. I use an ab roller and side crunches to tighten my core for that cinched waist look. Squats and (step) lunges for butt and thighs, glute bridges are good for building ass mass too. Side plank hip abductions to round out the sides of the hip area.
