I specialize in online extremists, by being friends with them :)

Someone on here suggested Evans was up to sketchy shit when he tried to make a teenager he met at a protest his podcast protege and as the type of company he keeps gets revealed it seems more and more plausible
Even before I realized how much fedvans sucks that shit was so sus.
"Hey it's me, Robert Evans! Check out this vulnerable child that escaped from a cult with no support network! I met him at a protest! Against cops! Isn't that neat? What? This is effectively doxxing a child? Sorry, can't hear you, I'm too busy playing with my knives! I'm a silly goose."
I knew he was sus when Behind the Bastards was in my Spotify recommended. He is incredibly coded as manufactured dissent.
Dude is sus af, he openly admits to working with the feds teaching them to recognize online extremism. And then there's the whole hanging out with a minor he met at a protest situation...
Right? It even seems like that kid moved onto Evan's 'compound' (where he probably drives around drunk on his ATV) I'm all for compounds, but it's more than a little weird when it's one persons and that person is also employing everyone... It's a fiefdom guys... In some more news, it's kind of interesting to watch his former colleagues Katie and Dan get more and more radicalized because they're just paying attention.
If you haven't watched Small Beans on YouTube you should. A lot of the Cracked staff went there after the site was sold. And they have all gotten more radical over the last decade lol. I think some of them are legit Marxists, but they aren't open about it because anti-communism.
On the episode about Bowling for Columbine (they re-watched it after not seeing it since it came out), Michael Swaine says something along the lines of "I used to think we solve things nonviolently, but I'm not even sure that's true anymore [because reactionaries are getting emboldened] and people should arm up." The other hosts agreed with him.
Just listened. Of note on that episode is the guest is Katy Stoll.
Have Katy Stoll's politics improved at all? I used to love her comedy stuff on Cracked, but I couldn't stomach listening her "toxic misogynist Bernie bros love Trump because they hate women!" shtick that she seemed to believe circa 2016. I remember Cody Johnston having better politics at the time, and I was glad to see her and Cody making it out of Cracked relatively ok. I haven't had the heart to watch their recent stuff and potentially ruin fond memories of them from Cracked if they just ended up settling into the John Oliver style "America has problems, but it's still better than every non-white country" niche. I'm still not over John Oliver settling into that niche; he was probably my favorite Daily Show correspondent in the mid 2000's.
Katy and Cody seem pretty anti capitalist at the moment. Also, I've always thought that Katy's best jokes were far better than Cody's, but he says 100 more than her.
Robert Fedvans also specializes in protest movements around the world (surprising, mostly countries the US doesn't like), by being employed by the NED
I was going to say that I'm just not terminally online, but that's not true.
Ugh I really liked his show until quite recently when I got a bit of a bad feeling from some of the episodes. Seems like things keep getting worse then.
I dropped it a year or two ago. What happened recently? I just realized that I really didn't like Robert. I was actually called out on a podcast because I went on their subreddit and pointed out that their making fun of the French or Italian accent was closer to racist than not. They didn't mention me by username, but they were definitely talking about me
I hate liberals less then fascists so thank you liberals for appropriating NAFO, because I don’t think I can handle another couple months of “fren”.
