So this is bullshit on a few levels:

The overall population levels listed correspond to England, but the data they used for the number of trans women is for England and Wales.

Furthermore, the census data showed ~262,000 trans individuals in England and Wales however:

In response to the Census, 118,000 people indicated that they were transgender but did not specify whether they identified as a trans woman or a trans man. Of those who did, the data was evenly split between those who identified as trans men, and those who identified as trans women – with 48,000 people identifying as each.

So that’s not the number of trans women in total, it’s the number of trans women who chose to disclose their gender identity. The ratio of those that disclosed was a third trans men, a third trans women, and another third nonbinary or other gender identities. Assuming the did not disclose trans individuals follow the same pattern, that’s 78,600 trans women.

I couldn’t find where the 92 trans women sex offender stat was derived from. However, it’s important to note that sex work is typically lumped in as a sexual offense. And we know how cop love to arrest people for “being trans while walking.”

Let me guess, the "sex crimes" transgender people commit is trying to get into the bathroom of their chosen gender versus actual sex crimes cisgendered men and women are committing.

This guy hates his daughter and is looking for anything to justify being a shitty parent and he's doing it very publicly.

I remember one of the cases of "it's literally illegal to misgender trans women in Canada" that chuds were obsessed with was this human rights case in Canada. To summarize it, the defendant was the Vancouver PD, and misgendering was used as part of the evidence, but their officers made a habit of harassing this one trans woman, and arresting her over trivial stuff, when in jail they'd taunt her and deny her access to medical treatment. I imagine it's less extreme versions of this stuff, bigotted cops with too much power disproportionately target trans women over smaller forms of "sexual offending". I remember a reddit thing of talking about public urination landing you on the sex offender list, probably not a huge concern if you're a cishet white man, but I imagine minority groups are much more likely to be arrested and charged with stuff like that.

"MtF transitioners were over 6 times more likely to be convicted of an offence than female comparators and 18 times more likely to be convicted of a violent offence. The group had no statistically significant differences from other natal males"https://committees.parliament.uk/writtenevidence/18973/pdf/

LGBTQ+ people are also more likely to be incarcerated after being convicted, and were more likely to serve long prison sentences. The graphic cites prison service data, the amount of currently incarcerated people, as a way to determine the rate of sexual offending, which is is a patently bad measure of offending rates.

It's like racists citing 13/50 to imply that black men are disproportianately violent, as opposed to being discriminated against in the criminal "justice" system, which is what the numbers actually imply.

I forgot about 13/50. Remember when all the “race realists” thought it was an inside joke when they were running around saying “despite…” everywhere?

And on top of that, even in cases where it is demonstrably true that any given group/population/region, say, does more crime than the average, it almost always boils down to the fault being laid on the existing discrimination against that group causing further harm.

Like how racists will say that black people do more crime because they're fatherless, (and that it's a result of their culture that causes the fatherlessness) but don't see the problem with specifically over-policing those neighborhoods and arresting the fathers they say need to be there for the kids, thus perpetuating the cycle in the first place.

Even if it were true that, somehow, miraculously, trans people did indeed do more crime than the average for their gender or sex, they also face multiple times higher abuse rates than non-trans people, which is known to perpetuate cyclical violence. But yet, somehow, they still do the same amount of crime as everyone else (at least, comparative to their birth sex, generally.)

I'm sure no one follows transwomen around looking for excuses to call the cops on them.

And I'm sure nowhere has made existing as a trans person into a sex crime.

I think its generally good to even do something to debunk him (or similar) in the image before its posted, these spaces posting stuff like this can serve to spread his bullshit further (while musk will often delete his edgier tweets soon after)

Also posting musk to the space with laxer rules when he is definitely eligible for the more strictly moderated TDT is questionable at best
