Srsly, though, I'll cook for people.

I'm really good at cooking tasty food for everyone that also adheres to dietary restrictions.

I'll also watch your kids and teach them critical thinking.

I'm gonna open a bakery and call it Yeastie Bois, so I guess this is a preemptive dox

I said cook. Baking requires a different skillset. I could learn it, but I'm not a fan of baking, currently.

I need a stovetop to really let my brain work at its best.

And sometimes baking requires ingredients that are cooked or prepared by cooks that I buy from the store

I bake and you supply, and I make the breads and cakes and such for the restaurant that's the other half

also i can't accept that I'm somehow magic at baking bread, so I'm gonna make a bold claim and say baking can be easy. because every time I've tried it since the second or third time it's been amazing, I could teach you a couple super easy and guaranteed to be good recipies and techniques I've variously learned from youtube or 'invented' on my own while doing dumb bread experiments.

Yep. Composting and gardening is so rewarding, and I miss having space for a garden (we have containers on our porch).

And I grew up in a hunting family where we used every part of the animal. Deer, mostly, so I grew up thinking only poor people had deerskin clothes/accessories, lol.

The moose moccasins from 2001 when my dad got a license lasted through grad school in 2012. They wore pretty thin, though.
