Silly idea: caffeine to help me sleep, melatonin to help me focus when I’m awake
Does melatonin actually make you focus?
Someone said it helps a bit with anxiety. Might limit hyperactivity for a bit? Anyway, with my cup of coffee last night I slept pretty well, so would do again if I’m really understimmed.
