Koreans that simp for Japan(both pre and post 1945) are honestly the bottom of the bottom feeder losers. South Korean internet is a fucking mess with respect to these incels and the TERFs.

There's a reason the women of your country don't like you, holy shit lol.

"Yeah so that genocidal empire who enslaved thousands of women and little girls, killed millions more, and was one of the worst eras of our history....they're cool, actually because they'll give us 2D underage waifus."

We're gonna need to revive Kim Il Sung before Lenin if Korea isn't sorted out.

I just hope there won't be a massive implosion or an escalation, maybe there will be actual solution to this because despite the shit outlook and individuals that are massive pieces of shits, there are good people that are normal from the few friends I have living there.

For sure. I'd like to visit both parts of the peninsula some day. I'd prefer there not to be a massive war again or a Rhee: part 2.

Is that anime character supposed to be a male or female? to me it looks like a female, so these incels are equating Korean women to Japan? I always got the impression that the far right of East Asia can never unite because they all hate each other, which is a good thing for us.

There is no mention of Japan in the translated words, just a fetish for Nazism and Europe's Far Right.

She's a character from a Korean gacha game. Pretty sure the incel is just using her as a surrogate face because he wants to fuck her

While there's no mention of Japan, it's a common theme with these "trolls"/posters to usually admire Japan as shown in the image of the character with the Japanese flag pin. The far rights in the case of S. Korea and Japan funny enough is in an "okay" term (more like a master and a slave relationship I'd say)as seen from the current president's extremely pro Japanese stance. Often on south Korean internet, users nicknamed the president governor-general Yoon which was the title given to the head of the Korea when it was still a colony of Japan,

Am friends with Korean women, Korean men are not okay. wtf

And also, taking the side of the fucking Nazis? Really? Korean women are Soviets? Guess that means the Nazis will lose yet again though, lol, even LARPing they pick the losing side soviet-chad

The anti-feminism is taken to a militant degree, femicide is common, it's such a mess. Uncritical support to Korean Women combatting the incel hordes that dox, kill, and threaten them for speaking out against misogyny.

It’s not shocking that a good portion of their romance dramas aimed at women involve some naïve guy coming from the north and treating them with respect.

It's gotten so bad in the last ten years particularly. It's always been patriarchal and shitty for women, but the screeching, mouth foaming hate for women there is a relatively new phenomenon

ROK internet seems to have been on incel civil-war between male incels and female incels. Both hate trans people, and keep promoting insane shit.

I agree that the Korean internet is widely transphobic. But you are completely misunderstanding the situation when you frame it as male incels vs. female incels The violence Korean women are exposed to that were rooted from Korean online communities occupied by incels have actually killed and injured many women. To call people who are against incel movement “female incels” is a bold statement.

I know. I am a part of Korean feminist group (I pay donation and volunteer) that supports trans rights. The backlash from terf “feminist” groups is one of the largest struggle that we face. So I get where they come from. But to call “ROK internet” a war between male and female incels on a post regarding some dumb incel’s another right-winged misogyny feels a bit like a leap here

I had an acquaintance that was a pretty prominent Korean feminist on social media and had to cut ties with her because of the TERF brainworms. Keep fighting the good fight comrade

If Kim Jong-un were to ever ask me how to bring about peaceful reunification, I would tell him to blast Occupied Korea with propaganda about how normal life is in the DPRK. Explain Occupied Korea’s particular brand of capitalism has warped the brains of its young men. Show how in the DPRK, thanks to normal work hours, guaranteed employment and life’s necessities, and a sense of social cohesion and purpose, people are way more, like, normal.
