    On the one hand it's naive of us to think our voting bloc is big enough to make any demands. On the other hand we have to vote for Kamala or she loses and trump would be worse

      Exactly, the Democratic Party is loudly stating to the left "We don't need your votes to win so fuck off" and then reddit libs scream bloody murder at people for not wanting to vote for them. If you have a problem with the left abandoning Kamala, maybe talk to her campaign who has written them off as unnecessary?

      I'm glad I don't live a swing state so I can vote whoever I want without it effecting things.

          It's kinda funny how much things changed in the last 8 years, back then I held my nose and voted and then still tried to convince libs that they lost the election and not to blame us but now there's nothing that can get me to vote for them and I want them to blame us, I'll be proud to take responsibility for their loss

    I've been causing myself psychic damage lately by arguing with these people in lemmy.ml threads. I should stop for my own good, but I like to think the psychic damage goes both ways at least.
