introduced no evidence that [boss's] use of the n-word changed his subjective experience of the workplace

LOLOLOL! You dislike being called a slur? Prove it, motherfucker! Do you have an MRI showing increased bloodflow to the amygdala following the slur? Maybe you liked it, maybe you're a sub.

Also - the decision was unanimous? The other two judges are just as shit? Defund the courts when?

And here we go, the real reason why we have Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Coney Barrett. Destroy workers rights. Rip apart regulations. Keep that declining rate of profit up as much as possible for as long as possible. That's what the GOP power players and the capital class really want. They truly don't give a shit about abortion or other social issues. Overturn Roe or don't, "who care" is their attitude.

This is some real "smokes weed once" philosophy conversation. "But what does it really mean for a work environment to be hostile? Who's to say that being called an 'egregious racist epithet' constitutes hostility?" Just shut the fuck up you fucking fascist.

I once spoke with someone who defended their fucking shitty use of the n-word by saying it was just a word, and here they're saying essentially the same shit, just in legalese

She also ruled that his psychological distress was a pre-existing condition. That doesn't bode well for mental health issues.

Ah yes, I had forgotten about all the contemporary instances of someone being called an incredibly derogatory slur by their boss that was NOT meant to be hostile or abusive (never mind the entire third paragraph discussing how he suffered from psychological issues ostensibly as a result of workplace mistreatment).

What hole do people dig these chuds out of?

Jill Tre Flip would be fine with a work environment where your boss makes 10 times what you do but works half as many hours and you have to work there because they give health insurance where the deductable is $100k.
