we'll throw a ui in front of an existing open-source project, waste a billion dollars, push all the code upstream, file bankruptcy, shrug, and do it again in 2 years.
I just recently heard the dollop ep on Cassie Chadwick. It's amazing that the same basic scam would still work 100 years later.
That's why I need help, I'm not good at lying or powerpoint or business or networking or marketing. I'm also not good at design or implementation. Also not project management.
Just talk about how you're going to use the blockchain to manage your big data using machine learning and you're all set.
Bonus points if your blockchain is literally putting servers inside wooden blocks and connecting them with a chain.
You're way more qualified than lots of IT folks I've worked with
Just talk about how it uses AI and machine learning to automate legacy business processes and seamlessly connect markets.
hmm, too honest. you're good at all of those things and you definitely don't need help. just pay some undergrads to do the stuff you don't know how to do then claim credit and let everyone tell you how much of a genius you are.
Also, make sure to reply "sure thing, champ" to every question or request. By not learning their names, you demonstrate that they're less important than you, the alpha businessman.
I am terrible with names due to having a weird brain so that part should be easy
Can we arrange it so that the founders get to cash out in the series-A and walk away with millions while hard working employees get screwed?
Ah yes, I will pretend I understand half those words while writing out my check for an online streaming service for dogs.
Streaming dog videos to other dogs so that they can still play in covid isolation. Please tell me someone has made this.
See if you can get OpenOffice to compile via Emscripten, to make a jankier, more full-featured version of Google Docs. Business To Business is hot in the VC world right now (because consumers have no money) and a lot of VCs are sore about not getting in on Google and Microsoft on the ground floor, so that should be tempting to them.
Do you think it'd be too fast? We could shoehorn React in there too if it's not slow enough.
Electron app development is a thirteenth type of liberalism.
Emscripten
What is this 2017 shit. We’re using Wasm now get with the program.
Isn't emscripten the thing that compiles to wasm? I don't actually know much about transpilers.
Emscripten compiles to asm.js, which is a subset of JavaScript chosen to be ideal to compile ahead of time (for well optimised engines). Wasm is kind of a successor to asm.js in that other languages will now be mostly compiled to Wasm instead of asm.js
Bighard®️ has their headquarters in Bluebasin, Parchington? :shocked-pikachu:
I think OpenERP beat you to this. But a half-functioning, spit-polished Web 3.0 user interface in front of Apache OFBiz might fetch some investors...
Have you tried exploiting this tactic on Upwork? Rob the rich.
Not sure why you're asking for help, my dude, seems like you've got the idea.
