    I think some of the best opportunities for the left in the upcoming years will be cities abandoned to climate disasters when the federal and state governments are too strangled by austerity to help.

    An autonomous city saving itself with communist principles would be an example to point to, and evidence that there are better systems.

    I don't know where to get started, though, besides trying to organize local leftists.

      Not happening. Chuds would turn it into a horrorshow. Autonomous anything run by libs is a meme, and not one leftist in America could convince me that the whole thing wouldn't just get taken over by libs who would proceed to ruin the fucking thing a week in.
