I take D3 and have regular blood work. I got a big jump in my levels taking D3 8000 IUs/ day after 60 days. And I could feel the difference (more energy and stamina). I maintain at 4000 IU per day. I take it with K2 (M4 & M7 formulation, but either work) to keep the calcium where it’s supposed to be (bones not arteries).

Cool. If you are low (under 30), I’d start with 5000 IU and get tested again in 30-60 days.
10 mins in the noon day summer sun produces about 10,000 international units.
