You could grant every lie the bootlickers are saying and it's still, at a minimum, negligent homicide.

Like if he's in medical distress then he needs a fucking EMT, not ten minutes of a knee to the neck.

    Unironically wall these people.

This really is the promised land. We have admins promoting violence (against reactionaries and fascists), leftist infighting in every thread, and screenshots of other people's forum posts.

Edit: Folks, this was legit unironic praise of this site lol.

Honestly, this is why the original charge of 3rd degree murder, reckless disregard for life, seemed to be easier to prove than the charge they're pursuing now. Idk if there are any Minnesota lawyers here who can clarify how it would play out.

I think they filed the tax case against Chauvin because they know he might walk on the murder.

Their talking points even contradict each other, you would be granting that:

      1. George Floyd was on drugs that were giving him medical problems and at the same time...
      2. George Floyd was diagnosed (by a cop) with "Excited delirium" (a fake ass medical condition) where he was a threat to everybody around him.

So he was apparently both a mega threat to the police but at the same time a fragile bean who was about to die anyways.

        Sounds familiar...

"Thus, by a continuous shifting of rhetorical focus, the enemies are at the same time too strong and too weak. Fascist governments are condemned to lose wars because they are constitutionally incapable of objectively evaluating the force of the enemy."

-Umberto Eco, Ur-fascism (read that immediately if you haven't it's like 9 pages)

honestly? that shit just gets everywhere in police stations. especially when you need to pretend you're an "impartial scientist". would you rather he be tripping on LSD?

Is there a word (other than just asshole or whatever) that describes people like this, who look for anything they can to write off any injustice or cruelty as acceptable?

reddit: this person was so blitzed out of their mind that their heart would've stopped even if the cop didnt kneel on him

also reddit: this person was too high to not be forcefully controlled

Can’t wait to get the dude who orchestrated policy which lead to the over-criminalization and dehumanization of drug users into office so he can not address this issue at all.

Im sorry, but doesnt the presence of drugs make it harder to "comply" , how does it make chauvin's action any less murderous

Oh so I guess he would have died anyway and it's all a big coincidence that he happened to die while a cop was kneeling on his neck, and that means the cops should kill more people, not less.
