      I was really hoping that his fucking around with civil service rules was a precursor to just firing the whole state department, CIA, and military leadership, but then I realized what planet I'm on.

      Thanks for the rephrase too. I read it three times and thought, "so he won't fund it if they give bases confederate names"? Makes sense he loves the confederate side. Someone will cave though, probably him. We can hope though.

      Here's my proposed bargain for the conservatives: we dissolve all military bases, military hardware, and military personnel except for one infantryman---but he gets to be named "Robert Lee".
