    The rent is still too damn high.

    Edit: Also, now is a good time if you live in a major city to renegotiate rent with your fellow tennants. Rent if rent is dropping in your area now's the time to organize neighbors (and maybe other buildings if possible) and ask for your rent to drop with it.
