I gave up coffee for the most part because it was doing bad things to my digestion
I am a tea guy now, mostly chai, sometimes green
Ah, herbal teas are good too.
There's a lot of blends that I enjoy, but I am quite partial to chamomile
The key here is the "assuming you're a daily drinker"; if you don't have any caffeine normally a cup of coffee will FUCK YOU UPPPPP. This was a big part of why I didn't drink coffee in college, I needed it as a once in a while turbo button. Adderall was a super secret special emergency awakeness button but that shit definitely had me peeing every 5-10 seconds.
lol I've literally thought "this cocaine did nothing compared to a cup of coffee"
It's good if you have anything repetitive that needs doing. I drank coffee the other night and spent the next 8 hours sitting at my table making chainmail, and now my hands really hurt.
what kind of pliers do you use? I found that fat handled pliers really helped with that
That might be good lol, I've just got a cheap tool set with hard rubber grips.
If you've got a drill, you can use that with a thin dowel to wrap the wire around it.
Been on that loop for awhile. Always think the "weird feeling" is covid finally getting me, even as it happens every day after I drink coffee
Drink water instead. I used to drink coffee whenever I'd get tired during the day, and it would only make it worse. Never felt thirsty, either
Alas, my morning walk is running around my place of employment at 6am trying to prepare to open at 7am. And I ain't getting up any earlier than I already do. 🛌
