One of the key points lost in the ICE concentration camp talks is how Obama ramped it up, especially in his second term. There were reports of abuses, suicides and rapes going on inside the camps way back in 2013 and 2014. Back then, they went by the oh so cute politically correct term of "immigrant detention centers".
