Sitting at work listening to music when one headphone stops making sound is worse than all crimes against humanity combined.
Another bad one is when you manage to like rotate the plug in the jack and restore sound to both headphones but it cuts out as soon as you take your hand off it.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
nah you mean when your headphone wires catch on something when you're not paying attention and the earbud is suddenly and violently ripped from your ear
I stopped using earbuds because the sound quality is usually really shit but that still happens with my big ass headphones a lot
This happened to me once while I was hopping a turnstile, and it wasn't even the good kind of turnstile-hopping - the machine had eaten my token and was still refusing to let me pass. I guess I'm lucky the universe didn't complete the "fuck you" by having me trip and fall in front of a speeding train.
A lot of them (besides the "true wireless" ones) even come with a detachable aux cable.
I had this happen to me thrice before i realized the problem was with my phone not the headphones lol
I once paid to get the headphone jack replaced on my phone and turns out it was just muted
so true, the soldering point at the jack is loose, you can fix it by resoldering it.
Can anyone recommend a brand/model of earbuds with a play/pause button and volume controls? The cheap ones I've been buying on ebay or amazon or target have terrible sound quality and break every six months like clockwork.
Also why do I have to triple-click the play button half the time?
I got some from the soundmagic c range on Amazon, bit pricey at 45USD but the audio quality is good and I've used them for 3 years without any issues.
The reviews don't look so good, but maybe I'll take a chance when I have some money to burn
audiophiles grumbling about how low quality Bluetooth audio is and how wired sounds better
