I think the Wayfair conspiracy theory brought over a lot of apolitical people towards the greater QAnon worldview. I've seen even some of my lib friends share posts with really similar wording and phrasing "Are You Awake Yet?" to any run of the mill QAnon post.

Right wingers are largely also pretending to care about sex trafficking for the first time ever because it provides them a convenient whataboutism to avoid caring about topical things they don't wanna care about like BLM and wearing a mask.

Good point. It does seem to be a convenient whataboutism for them to counter BLM and COVID.

I think its deflection, they're cherry picking the libs out of the Epstein case file revelations, hoping if they make enough noise that'll be the only thing people hear.

It's projection, pure and simple. There's the whole Epstein thing with Trump and others being caught up in the scandal, so the right wing invents a liberal pedo express to point the finger in the opposite direction to distract from their own guilt.

There are so many different ones that it's hard to tell which conspiracy you think is blowing up. Do you mean the Wayfair thing?
