It's hilarious that democrats 100% of the time feel entitled to leftist votes despite doing literally nothing even remotely leftist in a century.

yeah, i feel this. they can earn our loyalty or shut the fuck up.

and fuck electoralism anyway, its garbage. set some shit on fire.

unless you live in the southwest. then setting something on fire is setting everything on fire, so maybe don't.

This election was in 1984. If Democrats can't beat Mitch McConnell over 36 years and 7 elections, maybe it's their fault and they should change how they do things.

Maybe their party should work on messaging and rallying votes from people then? It's their own fault Mitch was elected lol

What’s the point of having a system that technically allows multi-party but is functionally two-party? Why not just outlaw third parties if all you’re gonna do is bitch about how anyone voted for them?

Honestly with Dems obsession with bipartisanship why not just have ONE party? Just call it the “America Party” or some shit and have the GOP be the right faction and the DEMs be the left.

Because one party might lead to either external opposition or actual democratic processes within the party, a 2 party system with mainly aesthetic differences is far more able to represent the interests of capital

The Democrats don't need any help to lose a layup election. They can handle that all by themselves.

I would like to announce that the Socialist Workers party formally abandoned Trotskyism and the concept of permanent revolution 2 years before this election and became something far more terrifying: Trotskyist splitters.
