mindfulness helps me. breath all the air you possibly can 5 times exhaling slowly and steadily as possible count it down every breath when you hit 0 do 5 more breaths from there maybe try some other mindfulness guided stuff online thats what helps my existential anxiety. i also quit weed yesterday (after chronic daily use) and i already feel alot better idk if that applies but it may be something to cut out is all
