Hey comrades, since March I haven’t been to the gym, and between that and depression-induced booze and ice cream consumption, I’m not feeling best in my body. What activities/routines have y’all been following to keep active and healthy? Thanks in advance!

So reddit sux, obvs, but the r/bodyweightfitness there has a really great recommended routine. I... recommend it. It's all stuff you can do from home, and it's a pretty great full-body workout with lots of different progressions for different skill/strength levels.

Otherwise... I like jogging! Aaand, like, gardening. :) I like working out every three days, when I have the motivation. It feels like a good pattern of getting sore, and healing, etc. .

Adding to this, there's an app that someone on r/bodyweightfitness built called "Progressive Workouts". It's pretty good, it's pretty much the workouts from that sub condensed into an app.

Unironically if you happen to have access to beatsaber (bougie as that is), it's excellent for an aerobic workout
