    lmao, this reminds me of how in Canada our House of Commons is required to meet until 6:30pm from Monday to Thursday. However, if the MP's want to go home early the process to do so involves them “ seeing the clock at ” (pretending it says) 6:30pm, regardless of the actual time. I agree with this proposal because time for our government is whatever they want it to be, so I see no reason why we can't extend that to the rest of society.

    I think it could. Some big businesses already pay it, they could shutter out smaller businesses anyways (most of which shouldnt exist anyways). Then they can stay at that standard for an even longer time than they did 7.25, as they'll have even less reason to he competitive with wages.
