No, he wasn't successful in his political attempt, and he may have had bad political instincts, but he did a million times better than I ever would have, while also dealing with his own autism. He's open about having done a bad job when he dipped off the face of the earth, and has now moved onto organizing truckers. How could we have anything but uncritical support for him at this stage?
