Where am I supposed to go outside to and who am I supposed to talk to?

    "Log off" is basically the same advice but doesn't include a risk of getting ill.

      I went from "I will never log off!!!" to logging off and finding it's actually really good for my mental health. I am now a proud luddite 🥰

        No. There are plenty of other things to do after logging off from this website. Play a video game or read a book, for example.

        Often if somebody says "log off" they're saying "have some perspective". "Go outside" is similar. They both also often mean "disengage, please".

        Taking up meditation is kind of like a superpower that lets me log off and stare at the walls for like an hour at a time.

        take the energy you spend screaming into the void and learn a hobby or skill fo what you’ve wanted to do but put off or find thag thing. festering online only stagnates. if yoh notice when people yell log off its USUALLY when people get so invested in silly online discourse thats effecting them negatively.
