"Log off" is basically the same advice but doesn't include a risk of getting ill.

I went from "I will never log off!!!" to logging off and finding it's actually really good for my mental health. I am now a proud luddite 🥰

No. There are plenty of other things to do after logging off from this website. Play a video game or read a book, for example.

Often if somebody says "log off" they're saying "have some perspective". "Go outside" is similar. They both also often mean "disengage, please".

Taking up meditation is kind of like a superpower that lets me log off and stare at the walls for like an hour at a time.

take the energy you spend screaming into the void and learn a hobby or skill fo what you’ve wanted to do but put off or find thag thing. festering online only stagnates. if yoh notice when people yell log off its USUALLY when people get so invested in silly online discourse thats effecting them negatively.

Outside is actually one of the safest places. It has:

    • Plenty of space to distance
    • Constant and complete ventilation, limitless compared to indoor standards
    • EM sanitation rays for 10-15 hours a day that get most viruses rekt
    • Sophisticated biocatchment systems that can intercept a vast majority of viruses

I’m just amazed there’s anyone who’s still actually quarantining at this point? Like shit y’all don’t got jobs? I wish my ass could still be working from home but no my boss wants me in a cubicle two feet away from other people so we can all cough on each other from 9 to 5

I mean I literally work in a factory so yeah I ain't quarantined, though it's a big place so we can "social distance" pretty well.

Alright so then you do go outside. And I guess you can talk to the people outside.

Quarantine? What's that? Tacos are essential to the human race, so we never really slowed down. Only covid concession we got is we aren't doing eat in right now.

I went to dog park yesterday and talked shit about my old football coach with a sports photographer I met. There was a disc golf course next to it that I never knew about, might try to get some games going there.
