i've had some mesmerizingly shitty experiences with mods in places like reddit and twitch, and a recent experience in particular brought into sharp contrast the quality of mods we have here. we all see the insane shit that gets targeted at them. i dont know how yall keep your cool for half of it, so i just want to say that i appreciate you, especially given the recent influx of chud/transphobic trolls, and how diligently yall dealt with it and continually do. keep up the good work :fidel-salute-big:

      I was in a moderately popular "LGBTQ+" tagged stream last week, and watched in horror as the streamer just singled out one of her viewers by name and verbally berrated them for like 10 minutes, even called them "disgusting" for -- wait for it -- disagreeing with a mod in her channel. It was over the most innocuous thing, and I just remember being like "yeah that person totally deserved to be verbally abused in front of hundreds of people"
