Do you mean the Alexander Hamilton Project? "The Democratic Party has been taken over by populists like AOC and Joe Biden. Every believer in central banks and technocratic government must exit the party."

The key is to come up with a really cheesy and predictable story like you grew up with super liberal parents who forced you not to believe in god and told you that you can't ever shoot or own a gun. Then say when you got to 18 and did all those things they told you not to they disowned you and spin it into a web of cancel culture nonsense and they will 100% pay us the big bucks to like go on fox or write a piece for the daily wire. it's bulletproof

You know they do absolutely zero background checking on these thing, too. If nothing else, it'd be worth it just to flood their inboxes with fake cllaims of things like that. Force them to actually start having to investigate things, they might actually learn a thing or two if they start needing to usse their crtiical thinking skillss

I mean would it make more sense to call it the "Roosevelt Project" because FDR at least represented a Democratic party that had some semblance of sentience

The reason I said Reagan is because there is no self respecting conservatives who would identify with anyone who may have been perceived as liberal. Even though it would make sense to have a democrat as the face, it would turn away too many god fearing and freedom loving patriots

also they fucking love that guy

I looked at the list of Democratic presidents to try and find our version of Lincoln and Reagan where the other party embraces them, at least with hindsight.

I don’t know if JFK was popular or not among Republicans, the next closest I think would be Andrew Jackson because maybe he was awful enough to have crossover appeal.

Ideologically, Clinton would make the most sense, but he’s tainted.
