I already do all but one of these so I'm well on my way. But one of them is just unreasonable. How can I do leg raises without a pullup bar?
You can do leg raises lying flat on the ground, just, yknow, raise your legs
Yeah I just have a somewhat physically demanding job and am skinny, will try some of this out though I'm not quite pic related
It depends on how much you weigh and which excercises specifically you're talking about. Stuff like pull up bar leg raises are fine at any weight.
Got some arthritic issues between some of my lower vertebrae so I can feel your pain.
That being said, you can still do a modified version of the jack knife, you just don't try to fold yourself anywhere near that far in half and go slow.
