New idea: linking PPB to bully users into habitually checking for malicious links before clicking.
I think this is where people mess up when they talk about switching up your diet and changing your lifestyle. Fuck losing weight,lowering blood pressure, having a healthier heart, and living longer. The only reason to eat healthy is because of the poops that's it, they're a thousand times better. If I had known I was shitting wrong all along I would've started eating veggies and fruits years ago.
I work outside by myself all day usually away from any porta potties or facilities of any sort. I have a adze and use that to dig a shallow trench to poo in. I've come to look forward to answering the call of nature in nature while squatting almost every day.

About a 4 but the scheduling is off. Idk. I thought I was gaining weight. Not much, just a few pounds, but worryingly fast. Then I shit it all out in one day. For some reason I never feel the need to go until it's a ton.
First, I apologize to all the comrades I alienated for teasing about their stool frequency some time ago. I was a once a day man, but I've switched up my diet and added a bunch of green smoothies and veggies and now I am regularly sit-squatting over the porcelain throne many times a day.
Second, regularity and quality of poops has been mixed as I adjust to my new diet. They don't feel bad, but the whole thing is foreign to me.
