Idk why they post on their website about it being a scam and have all the neon colors and stuff. If you're gonna do a bit, commit to it. This would be better, both as a bit and better for the actual workers, if they just had a serious website with something like "Send us your HR Department's contact info an we'll convince them to put up these important posters."

These letters look very scary, but are in fact fake: there is an entire scam industry built around sending threatening notifications regarding mandatory posters and notices. Really, they’re just the people who print the posters, and this is a shock marketing tactic to get businesses to purchase. The thing is, it appears to work. And if a scam works for a bad thing, it can work for a good thing!
Lol I didn’t know those “must hang” things were a scam, I remember buying one back when I managed a business I worked at in my early 20s. In my defense we had already had one that was there when I started working there so I thought I was just updating it.
If you have to pay for it, it's a scam. OSHA or you state secretarys office will usually send one to you for free.
