I don't really know any trans people that would pretend that "visibly trans" is not a thing when "passing" and "stealth" are things too.
Like, it's necessary language to describe something. I might not say it directly to someone but speaking generally about the topic there is a state of "visibility". Also the less visible you are the less shit you get so it tracks that being visibly trans you have to be brave as hell.
I dunno I'm just not that interested in policing this one. Rude to say it directly to me on a bad day, but it's fine otherwise. In my opinion at least.
I think it'd be rude to just tell someone they're visibly trans without them asking, but I think as a thing to discuss in the abstract it's totally fine. it also doesn't necessarily mean "not passing", it could also mean "wearing trans pride clothes / pins / jewelry / etc."

depends on where you go with it, but in the abstract i think that wording is fine. it can mean people having pronoun pins, trans flags, etc
