Yep! Spiro! They told me that if I wanted spiro, I'd need to do a blood draw before they'd let me on it, which I did! So I'd assumed they did that to check my T levels! But they didn't! for some reason!

Mine was a little over 400 pg/ml, target is 200
I guess that's reasonable

It is good to "wean onto" estrogen fwiw. Start small, I remember hearing too-high levels early can cause problems.

I fretted a lot too, but I'm nine years in and it's fine really. Plus, knowing your hormone history you're probably fine. The last time I heard about this was from a deranged German woman fwiw. You'll be fine though
