Let's have another good week everyone 
Starting to think I'm going to have to not go to the convention next week that I've been looking forward to all year. Sometimes the gods give, sometimes they take. And with everything going on lately, it looks like a take scenario as all the cards are now stacked against me going, go figure. Looks like I'll have to eat the airplane ticket cost :\

It's a multitude of things. It's very unlikely to happen at this point unfortunately. It's a lot to explain, but essentially someone in this household uses me as their ride to work and got moved to graveyard at last second. The only other person in the household works first shift. Since she refuses to take Ubers, it's kinda falling on me to drop everything and just eat it. Also, COVID is spiking hard and I'm unsure if I want to be in a tight space with 6000 other people who are not going to mask. There's also a couple other things, but they're more personal.
That really sucks. I know those events are really good for you :/
Especially the covid thing because... It's probably just gonna be like that from now on
Yeah. The worst part of it is that I intended on meeting up with my best friend of 7 years for the first time ever. In fact, that's really the only reason I want to go. Also because she's going to a Planned Parenthood to get on HRT for the first time and I was going to bring her her first doses of Estradiol and Spiro so she didn't have to wait for a pharmacy :\
Aw, that really sucks. That would have been really sweet :/
I hope you can still do something sweet for her, even remotely
Maybe send her a letter or something saying what your first doses were like? So you can, like, spiritually be there when she starts
