I simply will never understand the assignment of parental roles to politicians that libs dole out. Is it some sort of sexual pathology? Biden is not acting like a father in any sense, he is a distracted uncle forced to show up to graduation at best, if we need a family metaphor. It would be really cool if someone ran on some sort of family value campaign, like a woman candidate running on a "maternal" campaign focused on education, nutrition, health care, better working conditions, and safer roads. Or a man candidate running with "paternal" things like infrastructure repair, automotive regulation, increased national parks and parklands, improving air and water quality, and housing availability. This would, of course, require politicians who actually care about people. It would also include a lot of very specific campaign promises, so it would never fly.

I dunked on this in detail elsewhere, but I feel compelled to mention; the reason that particular girl is even there is because George Floyd's sister and family have been trying to push Biden to do the police reform he said he was going to do, and he failed to deliver on by his deadline.

The sister called Biden a liar.

Maybe don't try to draw attention to this one, bluechecks. I mean, I'd love it if you did, but you probably won't enjoy it as much.

Libs love performance theater. Because Biden was kind to a little black girl he's suddenly the savior of black people. These fucking people have zero clue how racism works and get taken for a ride by racist con men all the time.

I just think about how if I was still a fascist with aspirations of reaching office I'd have both libs and chuds eating out of my hand. It's so easy.

This is so damn true. With libs, you can ask them "What specific policy did Trump do, that you object to?" Most of the time, they won't even be able to answer.

But when they can answer (maybe they'll say the immigration camps, or point out that Trump allowed wolves / bears to be hunted in a horrendous manner), you can just follow up with "Yeah well Biden continued that policy" with evidence and they'll just get furious. It's upsetting, but I try not to focus on it. I know those libs will probably become much worse when climate change gets bad and that humanitarian mask gets a little too uncomfortable to wear.

Libs have a schoolchild's understanding of the world. Teacher told me that racism is when people are mean because of skin color. Teacher is always right!

US libs that are most vocal are usually comfortable middle class. They don't really understand suffering under racism-capitalism, so it's all about optics to them.
