also you only listed your "dont's" comrade, you forgot your list of "do's":

    • Insist on doing everything through “channels.” Never permit short-cuts to be taken in order to expedite decisions.
    • Make “speeches.” Talk as frequently as possible and at great length. Illustrate your “points” by long anecdotes and accounts of personal experiences.
    • When possible, refer all matters to committees, for “further study and consideration.” Attempt to make the committee as large as possible — never less than five.
    • Bring up irrelevant issues as frequently as possible.
    • Haggle over precise wordings of communications, minutes, resolutions.
    • Refer back to matters decided upon at the last meeting and attempt to re-open the question of the advisability of that decision.
    • Advocate “caution.” Be “reasonable” and urge your fellow-conferees to be “reasonable” and avoid haste which might result in embarrassments or difficulties later on.

For those who don't immediately get the reference, this is the CIA's advice for infiltrators to hamstring the productivity of leftist orgs.

TIL the CIA recommended acting like a Liberal to hamstring the productivity of leftist orgs.

I remember that! Its the sabotage manual that was dropped over Germany to fight fascism (by the CIA precursor)

This person thinks people going door to door saying "Death to Amerikkka" and calling people crackers before handing them a pamphlet for their local communist org is a thing that happens.

    reductionist absurd sloganeering

You're literally telling the left not to do one of the most effective marketing/campaigning tactics.

Can't wait to see her "Socialist: TO DO" list.

I hope it's something extra woke like campaigning for Elizabeth Warren or getting a job at a nice white-shoe law firm where you can change the system politely and gradually from the inside.

my favorite is "sectarianism regarding [my preferred parties]" because it's so chickenshit, like an 8 year old in tag calling time out to declare that the new rule is no one is allowed to touch them.

[tendencies I don't like] can fuck off
Also, the left has to stop being mean to [tendencies I do like]

You would do well to listen to the wisdom I have graciously shared with you, lest you bring the left to ruin.

I can look at every one of these and reverse engineer it to figure out who made them mad and how.

These days, most anti-socialist critiques are just "A bernie bro was mean to me on twitter."

That's you specifically. I remember the thread and there were some really silly pro graffiti takes as well. Things can be not really revolutionary or counter revolutionary, if you're gonna go around painting walls then I think it's good to know your city and if doing so in certain places may upset poor people living there or whatever have you which isn't necessarily thought of most of the time. I don't think it's really worth having a strong opinion on either way.

I think it can be praxis to make communist art. Like Chumbawamba said in their first release 'Music itself is not a threat bit action inspired by music can be a threat". I'm enjoying the fences around all the awful building constructions going in are covered with leftist graffiti, less so when someone sprays an anarchy sign on a stairwell that leads to the lawn of local low income housing. Just think before you spray kids.

Well the band did plenty outside of music as well but I can say for sure that they sharpened the politics of a lot of punks who then did direct action. Pictures of Starving Children and Never Mind the Ballots sort of ironically led me to Marixst Lenninism.

    Some good in there though...

Sorry sweetie, you can't criticise whiteness, the concept created to legitimise slavery, if you want to be relevant.
