I didn’t see the speech but seeing a lot of criticism about it. What’s the criticism for? He didn’t reverse his policy, right? That seems like a win to me.

      African Union is way stronger than it was 20 years ago.

      Not a chance in hell they let an American invasion happen.

          Biden rattled off number of countries where the US is active in "counter-terrorism" ops including some in Africa. So yeah, the AU isn't doing shit to stop the US.
