I can't wait for The Culture War to move onto something even dumber than this

Fox News has been trying to get a war on meat thing going because of rising prices.

      Meat wars are coming.

Rising meat prices because of climate change and increased demand from an increasingly wealthy Chinese population will mean that poor people won't be able to eat as much of it as they're used to. The right will use its mass media monopoly to make them blame the left for this and get people worked up over SJV blue hair vegan woke madness cancelling your hamburger.

Hiding in the closet, clutching a baseball bat in my sweaty palms, as I cower in terror. I hear heavy footsteps outside the closet door, and I hold by breath. A soft voice whispers "Jamie, bring that up."

    It's too late.

    I know I'm cancelled now.

The right owns talk radio, then the internet, and now they have a monopoly on podcasts too.

I'd argue they dominate TV too, just less so.

What media/entertainment forms truly belong to the left? And does the left dominate any of the above in non-English language spheres?

Kids TV... for reals though. It's the one media where you are actually taught to be a good person, to share, do good for others/your community, and deal with feelings in a healthy manner. It's also very hard for the Chuds to fight it because it means they have to admit that a lot of their beliefs are founded in hate, fear, and selfishness.

Does anime qualify for this too? Even if there are some shows geared for adults?

Naruto preaches that hard work > "talent" or "destiny". Ghibli movies are all about appreciating the mundane, especially nature. and don't even get me started on full metal alchemist.

              By all means:

              • The story deals with a lot of commentary on war, racism, imperialism, and even some sexism.

One of my favorite characters, Scar, is a victim of an ethnic cleansing of his people that he wants to fight against. Hell, the nation of amestris is a pretty fashy state.

Lastly, it warns against of the things that CHUDs love to do the most: play God.

That's all I can say without spoiling too much.

and then we built a machine that was unabled to be canceled

Too many people only believe what they want to believe.

CNN may be state propaganda, but it's not brainwashy enough for people because they'll confess to a few things normies don't want to hear. Like how genocide and lynching wrong, and being mean for no reason is wrong, and that the rainbow people aren't THAT bad. It's like McDonald's: sure, they know it's bad for them, but it tastes gud.

I don’t know what any of it means.

But it sounds Latin and important.

Note - not latinO and thus foreign and bad.

Double note - Latin quotes are for nerds who died before Star Trek was around.
