Has Ben Garrison never seen a banana tree? Why are they growing like branches out of a limb?

I hope you all enjoyed my work, dear fans!

Man, those neoliberals are quite the bunch! To make matters worse, the FBI seems to be engaged in some monkey business!

Bannon sounds vaguely like banana, a banana republic is when a government is bad

That's about it I think, the rest of the details are just there to fill up space

it doesnt make much sense tbh. steve bannon was indicted for contempt of congress recently, and hes saying something about how thats tyrannical/undemocratic? he mostly just likes drawing political figures as plants/animals, he mightve been too distracted doing that to make a joke

Most people think it means "non-stable government."

I listened to a sociology lecture the other day where the speaker kept using it that way; made no sense as a metaphor if you actually, you know, understand what words and phrases mean.

That’s fucking wild, academia has been a mistake. But hey Nancy Pelosi has a gulag now? That’s pretty cool can’t lie

I know sociology has its origins in Marxism but I gotta say the sociological academics I’ve met seem absolutely vapid. It’s not necessarily the fault of sociology as much the bourgeoisification of academia but that process seems to render sociology particularly hollow.

There was a nascar race where some guy named Brandon won. The crowd at the race was screaming "Fuck Joe Biden." A commentator with NBC Sports or some shit interviewed the winner and said they're chanting "Let's Go Brandon". So "Let's Go Brandon" is now a right-wing euphemism for "Fuck Joe Biden".

Thanks to merrick Garland, a man of deep integrity, for arguing that Chevron’s private prosecutor and judge were appropriate and for putting Steven Donziger in pelosi’s gulag
