I have a license plate that basically says I'm a communist.
I look over on the left side and see this https://streamable.com/7prl54
He did it probably 20-30 times while also pointing to the back of my car (to point out my license plate)
Wtf are you doing driving around with a big ole target on your back in this shithole country?
This.
Do praxis when you can but don't wear your beliefs like a bullseye. A heart on the sleeve is easier to stab than a heart in the chest.
i too played through the driving school missions in san andreas
This is one of my favorite random copypastas that randomly shows up sometimes. Oh internet, what will you think of next!
Put that shit on your fridge, that way the only people who see it are the ones who you're comfortable enough around to allow into your home. 99% of strangers won't care about communist imagery, but the 1% who do have the chance of wanting to kill you over it.
Also commie images in your home is good because it gets people who come by to ask about it and you can normalize it.
This, normalize bringing up socialist talking points with friends and good work friends
I've been amazed at how open most people are to overtly communist ideas. The aesthetics of communism are ruined in the west, but the theory is still good. People know that it's right, they've just been told that communism is actually capitalism.
All really easy conditioning to break on an individual level with like 3 beers and a rant about wages.
I let them bring up anti-Soviet stuff and just kinda play along and get them to actually investigate their assumptions. No one comes in with educated anti-Soviet stuff, just "I read this meme" or "I remember being told in highschool" type stuff.
I'll usually just come in with "man can you believe that even the USSR had a 2 consecutive month vacation setup? We don't even get a week!" Or "renting is such a fucking scam. 40% of our pre-tax paycheck out the window to service some lazy landlord. Wild how even the Soviets limited rents to 3% of monthly income"
A slow and steady wins the race approach
This, as long as you don't say socialism or Marx then 9 times out of 10 you get them agreeing that healthcare is rigged and the peeps should take it over since we pay for it with taxes and wages.
Anyone quoting combat liberalism is an op. That was written for extremely different conditions than living in the imperial core.
26.99% APR? Check
Driving on a donut? Check
Sig heiling at no one in particular? CheckYep, it's master race time 😎
During the 2020 primaries i had a Bernie sign sitting in my back window and one day while sitting at a red light I had this guy who just had an absolute fit behind me. Middle fingers thrusted out, just frothingly screaming obsceneties out his window. Florida, of course.
I don't mean to victim blame, but why mark yourself as a lamb to the wolves?
They run the show. I would be hiding my power level.
Agreed. OP is braver than the t*****. Don't want to dox OP more obviously but I wonder what the license could be that a Nazi would recognize it. MARXIST? CMMNST?
You have to think what you have to gain/lose with these kinds of things.
Gain: Solidarity with the very few comrades that drive behind you on the road, letting them know they're not alone.
Lose: Potentially your entire life. Hogs losing their shit and deciding to do something completely unpredictable.
Counterpoint, have you heard of fishing? It's :bait:
I FEARED FOR MY LIFE, I HAVE IT ALL ON CAMERA
Then again, realistically, in this country, they'd call advertising and defending your beliefs premeditated murder
Not that this couldn't be a strategy for the extremely brave or those with nothing to lose, but never forget a capitalist justice system loves to side with fascists.
