was that ever proven though because all the discussion I've seen on here has been limited to people just kinda assuming that's the case because he disappeared and his former coworkers aren't out defending him, followed up by assumptions that the catholic writing thing is true, so, I've seen a lot of assumptions but nothing else posted

Nothing every really did. Either he settled, or it was a vauge enough case for nothing to come of it.

From what I gather it is less than most celebrities routinely do. So it would actually have been an intresting situation to talk about in the context of restorative justice. It feels wrong to see him canceled when most monsters come back after a vacation as simply worse people. But like, it is above my pay grade to have an idea how to sorrt it out

What’s the catholic writing thing? I haven’t followed the issue for a while b/c it was pretty well debunked here as it originally went down.

Some catholic magazine tweeted about their "new writers" and listed a bunch of people including, but not limited to virgil texas, but like, it was literally just a tweet lol but at least some people here were all "wow catholic allegations confirmed!" instead of being... credulous about it

Holy shit, people still do anti-papist witch hunts? Lmao

Edit: I have to ask, was like a reactionary one or more of a normal faith magazine?

I think for the most part people joke about their anti catholicism but it seemed like some people took it as confirmation of pedophilia when I'm pretty sure virgil texas is not actually writing for whatever that magazine was

edit: I don't remember the name of the magazine and I'm not familiar with it so I can't answer your last question, I assumed it was reactionary but idk

Fair enough, it’s pretty weird to just stir shit by saying Virgil was a writer there. Hard to see how it could be a mistake though. Curious all around.

                  Thanks for explaining,

For all those wondering, this is my son, Virgil. We share no blood but he is my life. He came from Brooklyn (legally, of course) six years ago and lives with me in my suburban Indianapolis trap house.

I am so proud of him and raising him has been the best, most rewarding thing I’ve done in my life.
