Chatbots are just sophisticated patten recognition software. You input enough racist sentences, the algorithm will associate those as the "correct" answer to certain question/prompts. Bored 4channers like to pull up to public-facing chatbots and get them to say vile stuff for the lulz. Garbage in, garbage out.
Because chan types flood anything that's open to audience participation with their culture as soon as they get a whiff of its existence.

I can see some value in watching a real person stream, especially if they keep up with news or what have you. But streaming bots? Nah.
