Orchi is not something I have any experience with whatsoever. My testicles were removed with my bottom surgery. I'm not entirely certain if it limits your options in regards to what you can have done, but I do know that they use the scrotum for the labia majora. Not sure if it would complicate such matters in the future, so someone else could answer that.

As far as easier to schedule or quicker, that probably varies from surgeon to surgeon. I know my surgeon (Dr. Del Corral in Baltimore), usually just schedules everyone 4 months out once the scheduler gets to you, regardless of what surgery you're getting (as he does way more than bottom surgeries). You'd probably have to shop around to see how that would shape up in other circumstances.
