What nations are applying? I think I remember reading about Iran and Saudi Arabia something, possibly also Argentina.
Argentina, Algeria and Iran were supposed to join it. I think Egypt and UAE are already part of the Brics bank. Saudi Arabia, Syria, Thailand, Nicaragua and Afghanistan also want to join it (Both the current Taliban and the previous goverment were trying to join).
I think Venezuela and Belarus also talked about this but they didn't apply for a membership.
If all of the countries you just listed joined and got to be part of the acronym, here are a few possibilities for that acronym:
