CONTENT WARNING FOR VERBAL DOMESTIC ABUSE TOWARDS A PREGNANT WOMAN!!

https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTRTovrHt/

This guy deserves a lot fucking worse thana divorce, and for him to claim he "never abused her" is complete garbage. This shit makes me sick to watch. She is so distressed and afraid. These are "family values". This motherfucker didn't even go to the birth of his own child because his wife wasn't sufficiently "wifely".

He sits on his fat lazy ass smoking a cigar and screaming at his pregnant wife to be a servant for him. That's the ugly reality behind the "tradwife" lifestyle that the online right tries to sell so hard to every young woman.

I've never seen/heard a clip from this guy that doesnt sound like he's on the verge of crying.

He doesn't even fit into the ideals of "manliness" that his audience adores so much. How tf do people like this dude.

    Anyway, pit.

i mean that kind of is the ideal of masculinity. gathering your tears into a fist and lashing out at any perceived threats. guarantee his worm audience would watch this and be like "he was performing his duties as a husband and this stupid [slur] was too dumb and corrupted by liberal modernity to submit." if anything they'd be disappointed that he doesn't slap her around a bit in the video.

I do see what you mean now that I think about it. I might just be applying my own experiences with people that try to get me to watch his shit.

A lot of men I'm exposed to irl have this weird "stoicism at all costs" mindset that would call him everything in the book to reduce him to "being a woman". The kind where showing even a hint of emotion means they pounce on the opportunity to call you irrational.

I guess his audience just doesnt register that side of toxic masculinity.

I'm guessing here but it's hard to understand

He spoon feeds them what they want to hear and never challenges them to be better.

Anyone can be "manly" as long as they say what you want to hear. Crowder will probably say or do something that makes them turn on him and all the "closet gay" and "sissy boy" accusations will come storming out.

So the context I've gleaned is that his pregnant wife was worried that handling dog medicine might have a negative impact on the pregnancy, and this 'reel man' couldn't be bothered to help out with that? And they live on some mcmansion ranch property with only one car?

Is the right-wing reaction to 15 minute urban design mostly because they are worried about domestic partners NOT being trapped at home? Someone needs to just spam the 'East German women had better sex lives and relationships' study at Crowder everyday for the rest of eternity.

        100%

Guy is loaded and there's literally no way that mcmansion ass house doesn't have a 2, 3, 4 car garage

Literally would bet my entire life on this

The 15 minute city panic also seems to stem from children gaining too much autonomy, or that you might have to coexist with poor people visiting the area to use public transportation. The spouse being more easily able to leave also makes sense. The world that chuds want is one where rich white men control everyone else

It was mostly the reason behind trying to keep women off bicycles in the "bicycle face" era. Probably played a large role during the initial destruction of walk-able cities to build the car infrastructure hell hole when even relatively wealthy families could only afford one car. Feel like at this stage women driving isn't uncommon enough for this to play a role. Honestly it's kind a weird that a wealthy right wing couple only has one car. At this point cars are just that strongly ingrained a part of right wing identity they will reflexively fight anything else without needing to be conscious of the origins with regard to social isolation, control and industrial interests.

I think this was one of the first ones, and it was reproduced multiple times because the west was not happy with the data.

this interview with one of the researchers that's dug into the whole topic of socialism and feminism and popularized it in books is also useful: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nwHhIRvPPMM

Pure astroturf. It takes dedicated spin/marketing to turn "maybe everything shouldn't be miles apart" into "you will be locked into a district"

I feel like having this kind of video evidence can absolutely bury his ass. I hope she has great representation and gets a great outcome.

Yeah that jumped out to me immediately lol. Not going to delve too deeply into the mind of a scumbag but why would you even say anything at all?

My "I did not physically abuse my wife" T-shirt has people asking a lot of questions already answered by my shirt.

There is some weird shit in this video, beyond just his horrendous views and actions. I kinda hate to speculate, but he's also talking about how he drew a boundary at her saying abusive and cruel, like some therapy type speak. Maybe they went to some couples therapy and he's only used whatever he learned there to some how be a bigger piece of shit.

I've heard that therapy only makes psychopaths worse

I'm way too ignorant to know if this is true or my speculation is off (never done therapy), but I'm guessing it's the case for crowder.

It's the whole "cynically use therapy speak for your own personal gain" thing but much darker. Similar to the misuse of the the terms gaslighting or lovebombing online.

This guy just reeks of insecurity and emotional immaturity. Have known a lot of dudes that behave the same way and those are always the common traits they share.

I hope it's a painful divorce, that he loses a big chunk of money, and that his kids won't talk to him.
