I'll give Hank a pass because he has made a materially positive influence on several people's lives.
But it's a very critical pass.

Yeah, there's a lot of petty bourgeois lib projection going on with the "only teenagers believe this" line of thought. A lot of them did believe that, then re-aligned with their class interests once they made money. It has nothing to do with your age and everything to do with when you became a class traitor.
Is he saying they should get less rich? Or is he saying they should get better organized?
He's saying they need to treat the poors better or expect us to overthrow them.
That's likely a shared belief between the two. They both seem like really good people with pretty awful understanding of politics and the systems of oppression.
I seem to remember a video by one of these YouTube liberal edutaners being about how "enlightened monarchy" is the greatest form of rule because one nice guy can keep all the peasants happy or some shit.
