My bet is a 22 year old Jesuit, with extensive legal experience in avoiding prosecution for child molestation. Matthew Walther is a strong runner-up.

Ben Shapiro is a child's idea of a clever person, so I could actually see Trump wanting to nom him and other staffers convincing him out of it.

Trump doesn't watch youtube though, he only knows people who are on TV. Does Benny spend much time on the Fox circuit?

Diamond and Silk as co-justices. If Trump doesn't nominate a far-right black woman to troll the libs he is really blowing this.

Certainly one Candace Owens can fill the spot instead of some cursed Diamond and Silk Cerberus?

It's going to be a literal manifestation of evil. Like a cursed amulet that hovers in the air and glows red to show displeasure.

Tom Cotton is an associate justice.

He ruled against the Democrats in every decision made so far without any real legal basis.

I am betting it is going to be a super ghoul with a brain of pudding like him.

As a legitimate guess, my mom mentioned the current AG of Kentucky, known for challenging the Democratic governor's corona measures and refusing to prosecute the Louisville killer cops. He's a protege and possible designated successor of Mitch, and had no legal experience before becoming AG. He's actually on the shorlist. But let's be honest, he's only getting in as Clarence Thomas's replacement.

AGs who refuse to prosecute cops, etc, may be more useful as AGs in the GOP's eyes than on SCOTUS.

It's Kentucky, so it would be trivial for them to replace him. Republicans can reliably win any statewide election under ordinary circumstance. The only reason we have a Democratic governor atm is because Bevin tried to steal people's pensions and became extremely hated.
